My concern is whether there be ample time to recruit participants with enough lived experiences to facilitate the research.

One thing that keeps me confident or optimistic is, it has been done many times in the past. If I pay close attention to the iterative process it is feasible that I will not only be successful but that any challenges going forward will be minimized.

Oh yeah! and that we have Prof. Osborne's knowledgeable instruction.

I think I am most worried about receptiveness of anticipated participants. There is always a question whether or not people will be accepting of the research or even have time to participate! I am optimistic of expanding participants over the course of a few weeks as people come to know about the research purpose networks can be accessed easier!

I am nervous because I don’t know if enough international students will want to participate. After all, the survey is online and not sure if some of the participants will tell the truth or not. If I do not get enough participants how would the research be done successfully? Even though I know that a face-to-face interview does not guarantee true answers someone can perceive to some extent through body language if the participant is telling the truth or not.

One thing that makes me confident/optimistic is having the back of my professors Bethany and Ferzana always there to assist in any situation in which students find themselves. I have professors who are very understanding and ready to explain situations till I understand fully and give reasons for questions and answers. Always guide to the next steps to take.

I am concerned that the diverse abilities of the observers will lead to inconsistent findings/evidence. I am optimistic towards coming to some exciting conclusions and making connections regarding the possibilities of neuroplasticity within a Long Term Care framework at the end of the study.

One thing that we might be nervous about starting with recruitment of participants for our research; is not getting a wide range of people for the research. Meaning, not just people under 40 or 30. We want to hear the voices from the seasonal workers, as they possess wisdom and in-depth knowledge of the field. We are happy to know that with Professor Bethany's guidance and direction she will be able to provide us with the right tools and skills to complete this step accordingly.
