STRUCTURING/CLARIFYING
Is the process of structuring the content in such a way that it is understandable to the pupils. It is particularly critical when new subject matter is taught, as well as when it is related to earlier courses or prior knowledge of students.

Pacing -
As a linguist teacher, you should consider the fact that students vary in learning processes. There are students that absorbs the lesson slowly, and there are also students thay are fast learners. Your instructional material should get be effective and engaging, and most of all, they are not pressured; meaning they are learning.
