These 3 lines at the beginning of the song signifies your life is always filled with adventures and committing suicide is the easiest way out but it never works out. Curry was sad while working on the album, he used his anger and sadness to craft the album into 3 different parts; Light, Gray, and Dark. Black Balloons is part of the Light part.

"Soon black balloons pop"
"Let it be the day the pain stops"
The black balloons continuously float "above" Curry's head throughout the video. They symbolize pain and aggression. Pretty self-explanatory, when the black balloons pop Curry's pain will go away.

"Taboo and I are in the same boat"
On the previous song the album Curry talks about a girl called Taboo. He says Taboo has had a challenging life growing up, even alluding to being molested as a child. So being in the same boat as Taboo implies Curry may have had the same issues growing up. Curry was sad while making this album. The creation of the album made him enjoy life more often and become happy. He used all his emotions to create this three part album.

In the first song of the album called Taboo, Curry talks about a girl also called Taboo. He talks about her rough childhood and possibly alluding to her being molested as a child.
