In a six week term there are usually 3. They are recorded and archived for those who can not attend.  Topics are presented and discussed and it really seems to augment learning of key topics. What is the possibility of using this approach to increase engagement between class members as well as the faculty?. Also what is the thinking about periodic "live"   office hours?

It has not been changed in many years despite the availibility of many other cases in the e-text. Could/should this case be changed annually to help avoid potential plagiarism issues?

We have resources available such as the ARC and I have a Librarian Discussion Forum in  my class, but I am seeing  a number of students who are not able to meet the standards of academic writing and critical thinking.
