Upon editing this image I decided that I would like make this image black & white as the original image captured allot of texture in the bricks & clouds. I started by adding a hue saturation layer, followed by desaturation get the image. This removes the colour information.

When editing this image I decided I wanted to emphasise the open door. I started by using the crop tool, inorder To cut out any unwanted items did so by tracing it using the polygon lasso tool. Once I had selected the part of the image I wanted in colour, I went to the tool bar at the top of photoshop where I used the invert feature from the image tool bar. Now that the image was inverted I turned the rest of the image to black and white using the b&w filter.
