Yeast is eukaryotes micro organisms that is classified in the fungi kingdom,with 1500 different species (estimated to be 1% of all described fungal).Yeast cells can change things into sugar and carbon dioxide gas.plus we could see microbes in yeast with a microscope and see if the temperature changes how fast microbes grow.
