While Pinterest doesn’t categorise its data into subsections, instead showing everything in random order on your wall. The aim of Pinterest is to remain visually appealing while Pocket aims to gain the interest of readers by focusing on which category of information it falls into. Pinterest has a vast library of content, as any user can upload their content so long as it falls within the guidelines of the website. Whereas Pocket will only link to articles published by journalists from news organisations, making the selection smaller but more refined. While both websites use similar functions to navigate their website, the details and sources of their content vary differently to their audiences.
