Honestly I don’t remember much of the training. I think that it was introduced early in the cohort which is helpful, but I also think it would be more beneficial if it was reintroduced later into the cohort to remind folks of what was taught and how to continue using gut in there work.

I think the only torn for this one would be conference where it was done at was too loud

Overall I think some improvements we can make is reiterating our trainings before with go out to speak on pannel ect. I think it would be helpful to have a refresher on certain things while we’re doing our 1 on 1 trainings a few hours before an event during those prep meetings, not everything of course but the things our leaders can point out that we need to work on. Good Criticism!

I agree there aren't many thorns but like maybe there weren't that many trainings as there could've been, at least like recap trainings.

I can’t really think of any thorns for opportunity’s, but just some engagements felt like the audience didn’t seem into it. like they were bored maybe question opportunities from the audience in the future? To asked us lived expertise questions on the spot?

I agree with the point about maybe revisiting storytelling with the YALC throughout the year. I also agree that some of the training may have been lost to time lol. It’s one of the most important things we learned how to do this year (I think) and it’s something that is helpful for life in general.
