Now that you have explored one of the recovery centers around you, it's time to share what you have learned with the class! Tell us what recovery center you chose and answer to of the questions on your notes sheet. When you are done, explore the other students responses and write down two things you learned from two different treatment facilities.

The treatment center I chose to research was Alpine Recovery Lodge.
1. Is your recovery center an inpatient or outpatient facility? What do you think is the most effective for recovery? Why? - This recovery center looks to be an inpatient facility. I think inpatient can be most effective because it gives patients a chance to just focus on recovery and getting better.
2. How can you get admitted into the course of the facility, to retrieve the help needed? Do think this is a reasonable way or do you have a different idea of how they can get in? - To get into this treatment center you must call the facility, take a pre-intake assessment, provide financial information, make travel arrangements, and pack for treatment.
This seems like a simple, effective way to get into the facility.
