Supervision and monitoring for the teachers is continuously hold twice a year. The positive results that I have achieved are teacher administration and teacher discipline. The administration of teacher are collected every Saturday. All teachers are used to make administration like lesson plan, attitude journal, teaching agenda, assessment, lesson flyer, and reflection document. I give a reward for the teacher who has complete administration. How discipline become a habit of the teacher step by step occurs.

Positive and encouraging results I have achieved so far is in terms of building the capacity of teachers through Professional Development in pedagogy, assessment and ICT skills. We do it effectively using push and pull factors. Setting aside Monday afternoon weekly for that purpose "pushed" the teachers to learn new things and improve their skills. Doing the micro-teaching and peer lesson observations in their own department, motivate (pull) them to learn. We have 2 dominant teams that support teachers. (1) Coaching team support teachers in pedagogy and assessment using Teaching for Mastery approaches and (2) Blended Learning (BL) team support teachers in using Learning Management System (LMS). Both teams did online PDs during pandemic. Through lesson observations (physical and online), we can see teachers begins to improve their classroom practices as they implement what they had learned. Teachers grow at their own pace. Some learn fast and some progress slowly. But as long as there are willingness to learn, it is acceptable.

Challenges
- As a school leader, one of the challenges that I had, was to make sure that students attended the online classes. Some of my students came from the lower socio-economic status group. They did not own the laptops, desktops or hand phones. This situation hindered the objectives of teaching and learning. In order to overcome the problem, I have to seek help from the community leaders, parents, teachers to trace these students and helped them out.

Even though the pandemic hit the educational system, we did not stop and are continuing to do our best so that learning should not stop. As per my experience with instructional supervision and monitoring, I was able to get the real situation of our learners. Since learners are not allowed in school, we the teaching force went to the homes of the learners and do monitoring on how far they have gone with their modules, I found out that they had also struggles in life not only in education but in the survival of their families. Then and then, I was able to internalize that we in the education sector must do our work with the utmost respect to help these learners, who in one way or another are hopeful that they may surpass all their difficulties in life through education. When we go back to school, we have this deep understanding that education must continue.

During the conduct of instructional supervision, some of the challenges that I have met were the negativity of the parents towards the education of their child. Some of them, but not all, were not supportive because in their mind that education is the work of the teachers since we are paid by the government for the work. Concerning the management of teachers, I am also challenged that some teachers didn’t have the skill in ICT which give them difficult experiences in the navigation of the different online platforms.

From a time of Covid outbreak, I have noticed from all side that now our teachers are aware of self-improvement and professional duties. They realized that they have to build up their teaching competencies through adapting themselves with technology and expect to learn new things. They are able to keep contact with each other, they learned to ask and share information or knowledge with one another, receive and provide report on time as well as taking care with their lesson plan. Another one is that the school were able to collect and manage well with all teacher’s teaching video from all subjects that they had spend their time producing serial video lessons for students in all grade even though the quality of video are limited. Students can access to school video lesson support to learn with their own pace by school page or every teacher’s subject class. These are admirable tasks cooperated by teacher and the school to provide quality in learning and teaching.

Basic challenges that need to call up more strategies for my school and it is not differ from others school:

•Student’s attitude to life-long learning: By real world community, student who lack of leaning attitude would bare their mindset to what they are influenced or attracted. They focuses of What rather than on How. Their commitment were too weak and always easily to get distracted.

•No device for online learning: nearly 50 % of students of who have no device for online learning or for daily communication with teacher. We found it hard to contact them and their parent provided many type of excuses. Even we asked for teachers to follow up them but still lie on the family’s ability or poverty.

Teachers, students and parents have been able to quickly accept the changes of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in Education through the impact of the covid-19 pandemic that has hit the country. From a positive angle we can take advantage of this situation to implement VUCA changes for the good of the education system in schools. The Covid pandemic has brought lots of changes in education throughout the past time. None of us want to face the epidemic and have to close schools for such a long time. However, on the other hand, I have also received many positive points in my educational career.
First, Great efforts in training and self-training in online technology skills. In a short time, I and the teachers at the school are able to proficiently use composing and teaching online on different platforms such as zoom, teams. The application of online teaching methods in lessons brings a lot of effectiveness and excitement to students.
Second, the relationship between family and teachers becomes more frequent and effective, when both teachers and parents are involved in supporting their children's learning. In addition to exchanging information in class with parents, we also have the opportunity to listen to parents to understand, sympathize and work together to find solutions for their children.
Third, in these difficult circumstances, we have discovered many creations of ourselves and the teachers. And unite more together to overcome the pandemic. I have also had the opportunity to collaborate with other departments outside the school and explored new ways of managing education.

As the leader of a school that has to survive and keep running the school in this pandemic situation, we must take action to adapt and change based on the condition and needs, which are actually needed at all times to grow our school and educational field. This pandemic situation gave many positive and encouraging results that fly up our hopes higher for a better educational field, some of them are:

1. The solid team is the key to success for the change.

Teamwork that includes managerial level (principal, head of the department, stakeholder), teachers, and all school staff have to have the same understanding of the goals we would like to achieve.

2. We knew and understood that all team members are able to do more than what we expected. It means we can do better in the future if they keep maintaining the effort.

3. The students are the fastest learner.

They could adapt and learn how to use gadgets well in a short time. Thus, we know that they are able to understand new things well if we use the appropriate method to teach them.

4. Parents and school relations.

In this pandemic situation, we built more communication with parents than before the pandemic. Thus, both parties understand each other better than before. This gives more support from parents to school and school (teachers) to understand/know about their students' issue better which help teachers to plan the best way to improve the students’ ability

The challenge we have during this so far were:

1. Technical issue.

The internet connection is the most problem we have. When the internet connection was not stable, especially for teachers. When teachers didn't have a good connection, then we can assure that the learning process was disrupted. Gadget is also one of the problems at the beginning of the pandemic situation, where not all students have their gadgets for study.

2. Manpower

At the beginning of the pandemic, lacking of manpower that understands or is able to improve their ICT ability was quite huge. However, after around a month, we could overcome it as we helped each other to learn about systems and applications used to support distance learning.

3. Changing students’ behaviour

This is the big challenge we are facing right now. After around 2 years of distance learning, students’ behaviour is changing a lot, especially in their study habits and sustainability.
