And when it comes to education it needs to be at the forefront, I was listening to Dr. Miran and Karwan. And they actually touched upon the right points when they spoke about invective mind-set, and they spoke about how world is shrinking it is becoming global village how we really need to complete not just at Kurdistan of Iraq level, but at the global. We have speaker who will be actually presenting their experiment what they have done, but I would like to take this opportunity to present in front of you two scenarios, and these scenarios are going to be reality in next five to seven years or max 10 years. Some of things have already started happening and considering these scenarios you really need to ask yourself whether you will be relevant. Whether we will be able to survive with the current system universities of Kurdistan is certainly there it is going to bring out the administrative changes certainly there is emphasis on pedagogy, but also are we realizing? That we need to innovate, evolve, and progress on day-to-day basis we have to do something different every day so that we remain relevant not just for sake of saying that we are doing innovation pedagogy, or we are doing something, or we are doing something good no for just remaining relevant. For example, if I have a project where you require artificial intelligence or machine learning and that project is for six months, I will hire someone for only six months and then that person can move on. He can take other assignments within some company or outside the company. These are started voluntary industries like Google or Microsoft. They have started hiring people on a contractual basis on project-by-project policies. You see the same thing happening in film industries the if you have to make a film you come together with a group of experts, nurses, actors, actresses, and technicians. They work on the project; they make a film to release themselves and move on. You have seen the same thing happening with our drivers in the morning. They work and drive for Ola. In the evening, I drive by Uber. Now imagine the same thing happening in the tech industry or in other industries and students have to survive. So, if the student has to survive in such kind of scenarios, then their mind-set it has to be completely different and when that student or kid is in school with us. We need to train that kid so that he/ she can cope with these kinds of requirements. The second scenario again it is a reality in some case is that people are going to work now for 50 years or 55 years because the millennial generation &nbsp; which has borne after 2000. And due to the medical advances due to increase in our treatment and quality of life they are going to live for 90 90 years or 100 years so if you are going live for 90 or 100 years then you cannot retire at 60 or 65 years because the savings which you will have and will not be enough for you to sustain yourself for the next 20 or 30 years. So, you will end up working till 70 or 80. There are two scenarios. You are part of a Kiki phenomenal with the wayward is evolving. Teachers have to work for the next 50 years. We will see the kind of stress which is going to be there. The question we really need to ask. Are we making our students ready to face such kinds of scenarios? B to sustain such kinds of scenarios, students have to continuously think out of the box, because they have to survive because the industry is going to ask for the best. Teachers have to be ahead of the curve when it comes to technology, when it comes to knowledge, and we have to ask ourselves why we are creating and building a generation. Which is creative enough? whether they have mind-set to actually compete in this world whether they will be able to survive&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>For the next 50 or 55 years as a teacher or professor. And from that perspective. Innovative pedagogy becomes extremely critical because you innovate every day so that when you think outside of your boss every time, you will be ahead of her every time your students follow you. You will be able to engage your students in multiple ways so that every day they will take up new challenges. They will think differently, creatively, and innovatively.</div>]]></description>
