If the 3 nexxus issues were a human right, that the population rate would even out and that would help out how we damage the earth a lot. By having the necessities such as food, water, and energy, I think that the world would run smoother. The way to pay for this is to teach the other countries how to farm, and how to have a sanitary way to use the restroom, the U.S. wouldn't have to really pay much.
