         <description><![CDATA[<div>How do we best present our progress and success<br>1.&nbsp; Are the lists of each of the physicians supplies kept up to date on a regular basis?<br>2.&nbsp; Are the employees (Nurses and Techs) trained to know what and how much of an item to stock and the importance of not over stocking "just in case"?<br>3.&nbsp; Would we run out of a certain supply if a physician decided to use something that haven't used in a long time because it was something they used to use?<br>4.&nbsp; Is Central Supply notifying the unit when items are not being used on a regular basis when they see this during stocking of the carts?<br>5.&nbsp; Communication between all staff (RN's, CST's, Physicians) is imperative to ensure the proper supplies are available without over spending and keeping items on hand that aren't used that often outdate and cost the unit more money which is then passed on to the consumer, insurance company etc. <br><br></div>]]></description>
