Today, I start my first journey of internship in LABOSS HOTEL MELAKA. I felt nervous and and excited. First, I met with HR Staff who is Puan Linda that are in-charge practical student in Laboss Hotel. She so nice and friendly. She bring me touring every part of the Hotel. Laboss Hotel is a 3 star hotel. I work in the housekeeping department for a month. So, I met with the head of the department of housekeeping, Kak Zai. She explain to me and others practical student about the rules, technique and permanent staff in housekeeping department.
There have 281 rooms in the hotel, but just 193 room that are open for guest. because some of the room are for staff and storage. the room have quad twin, quad mix, triple, premium, junior, Laboss suite, deluxe queen, deluxe kng and executive.
I had learn how to clean toilet and bed. It is quiet interesting. What I had learn ?
I had learn how to clean toilet from Kak Supida one of the permenant staff of Laboss Hotel. She teach the equipment that have to use and chemical that can be use for wash toilet.

What i had learn?
Everytime guest had checkout, we need to check the room to make sure all item and linen is still in there . I learn how to make-up the stay over room. When we cleaning the stay-over room, we cannot touch or throw anything that is related to the guest. we just need to clean the toilet and neat the bed. and also remove the trash that is in the trash.
