Organize in another way the activities, prepare the online activities. Start to believe more in the alternative way of work online. Our attitude towards the work can change and influence also the work of the volunteers.

We are thinking also if not wait for start the projects in another moment.
Try to deal also with the day by day changes, and treat every case differently (new volunteers coming).
