I am really grateful to have learned the language of "anticipatory grief." We've been preparing to lose our dog for some time now, as she has advanced osteoarthritis and signs of Cushing's Disease. She crossed the rainbow bridge on Friday at 3:23 pm. As hard as it was to say goodbye, I am grateful to know she is no longer in pain. Thank you for your time and effort in compiling meaningful information that can help each of us understand better the types of grief we navigate in this life.

I learned more about what anger could be like in grief, especially when it comes to grieving a person. I haven't really lost a person who I've been close with yet, so I did read a little bit more and it does make more sense now!
