Quality education should provide children academic skills that more or less align with other students world wide in all subjects with a particular focus on the core subjects. 

Quality education is also educating the whole individual. This includes teaching valuable communication skills, empathy, respect and kindness. I think before even starting to improve or implement anything new a lot of discussion and research should be done. The goals and possible solutions should be viewed critically and questioned. A sustainable and achievable plan should be developed to work towards a goal that works for everyone involved

Due to technology students can participate in courses from all over the world, yet they are are still hierarchies and divides in education. So, on one hand they might solve a problem in education, but create another.
