Despite the circulating reports on the internet, still, not all Filipinos are updated on the most recent news or information regarding the coronavirus disease. With the mutation of the SARS-CoV-2 (the novel strain of coronavirus that causes COVID-19), new strains of the said virus were announced that spread faster compared to the initial and have more symptoms. Most people are stuck with the knowledge about the old strain, which makes them unaware if they are already infected with the new strains. Another thing is the scattered reports of guidelines and protocols during the pandemic. Since the government and other agencies are not releasing all the information in a single report, this can be problematic because the person might have only read one info and not the other one. Basically, his understanding of the necessary information is incomplete. In addition, health protocols and travel requirements are varied from different locations. Moreover, the number of infected cases is diverse depending on the region.  

For this reason, the team came up with the idea of making a one-stop mobile application with features addressing the mentioned concerns. The model used to organize this idea is the human-centered approach which focuses on the needs of the users.
