Manti is a dish made by placing minced meat seasoned with various spices into small pieces of dough and boiling these pieces in water. Manti, which was a part of Central Asian cuisines until the time of Turkish cuisine, is a popular food in the former USSR countries. Manti is also consumed in Afghanistan, the Balkans, Northwest China and the Peshawar countries of Pakistan. Manti is similar to the meat/vegetable dough dishes called baozi and mandu in the Far East.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Künefe is a delicious and a signature dessert of hatay - a city in turkey!</p><p><br></p><p>It is made with lots of peanuts, has an unsalted cheese within the dessert, and has a pistachio topping that is crushed. You also eat it fresh out of the oven so you eat it nice and warm.</p><p><br></p><p>★ Most people say that künefe was made / found for the      month of Ramadan!</p><p><br></p><p>★ And lastly, it is usually served with organic milk.</p><p><br></p><p>I really recommend trying this if you are ever planning on travelling to Turkey and want to try the cuisine!</p>]]></description>
