         <description><![CDATA[<div>I actively use Mindfulness Meditation, as well as Breath Awareness Meditation. I actually have apps on my watch and phone that help me with both of these. When I use Mindfulness Meditation I think about the good things that are happening currently. I also use a practice called "Grounding" I attached the link for you to read. I also play with my dogs and talk to my friends or family. :) I hope you found at least one thing that might help you when you feel anxious or stressed that you can use to feel better. Remember 70% of people suffer from mental illnesses (anxiety &amp; depression, being two of the biggest ones) NEVER feel ashamed if you feel this way, and ALWAYS ask for help. I am always here to listen to you, so is the guidance counselor, as well as your loved ones! We all want you to be happy and safe. &lt;3</div>]]></description>
