         <description><![CDATA[<p>The top layer of skin wears away exposing numerous blood capillaries, more prone to infections. Clean the wound with a lot of soap and water or a sterile solution and dress it with a sterile dressing to keep it cleaned you can also apply antibacterial ointments. No post care is needed.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>It happens when a blunt force is delivered over a sharp bone or a bone that's poorly padded, it is a jagged-edge cavity. The wound needs to be treated immediately it should be cleaned with a sterile solution or soap and water, then it needs to be dressed, depending on how deep the laceration is it will need to get sutures.</p>]]></description>
