3. First, read and reflect the prompts in each column. 

4. Then, answer the mini-processing questions within each column by clicking the "+" at the top of the column. Clicking the "Publish" will add a response to the column. Brainstorming is about generating ideas and making connections of how you would organize and respond to the question.

5. The final column is where you will select one of the topics from column #3 or #4 to draft in your personal statement. In this column, you will outline the structure of your paper including introduction, column #1, column topic #3 / #4, and conclusion paragraphs. Please follow the structure as shown in the example in that column.
