I can conclude that the life styles were very diverse during the 1800's. The South life style was more dependent on slaves to work farms. Although, in the north the life style was revolved around factories and the manufacturing of any sort of items. There is a difference in life style because of the fact that they had different common jobs. For instance, if you lived in the south you most likely worked or owned a farm. Meanwhile, in the north you probably worked in some sort of factory.
