I’d say you should be able to speak AAVE out loud in class rather than a job interview since in class there’s pretty much a community built in. You pretty much know one another already and are comfortable speaking to each other. While in a job interview this is a one time position. The people you’re speaking to don’t know you and you don’t know them. As a first impression it’s best to use standard English rather than AAVE.

I don't think it would be appropriate to use AAVE in a job interview for the fact that not everyone uses that to communicate, and also that there is some lingo that not everyone would understand.I do however believe that AAVE should be encouraged to be used allowed during class discussions cause with that it shows their quieter classmates to loosen up and join the conversation creating a comfortable work environment for both teachers and students.

I feel like in terms of speaking AAVE out loud in class you should first read the room. If the tone within the class discussion contains AAVE then you should also speak AAVE. Speaking formally in that situation would make you not level with other people within the conversation. In job interviews, I think you should always stray away from speaking AAVE as it highlights your lack of speaking skills sometimes.

I do not necessarily think that AAVE is an appropriate dialect that should be used during job interviews. I think job interviews are a place where people mostly speak formally to one another. I think that AAVE is most commonly used with people such as your friends or people who you can use slang with. I also think that it is not appropriate because sometimes not everyone will know what you’re referring to if you’re not using the same dialect they are used to hearing. I do think that AAVE is appropriate when speaking out in the classroom. I think that because so many of the students at our school use it on a daily basis they will probably feel more comfortable participating if they were allowed to use that dialect. For that reason I would definitely say that it is appropriate and should be encouraged while in the classroom. I think overall it would benefit the students and the teachers will get more participation out of the class.

I think AAVE should be spoken in a classroom and not a interview. due to the fact that an interview would be strictly business while in classroom students are told to make friends and get to know one another.

I don't believe that AAVE is the appropriate way to speak during a job interview because these people are forming an opinion on you so they can see if you're fit for the position and some people might not take AAVE seriously. However in the classroom we should be allowed because we aren't trying to impress one another. In other words, we can speak more freely because the classroom is a safe environment for us to express our thoughts.
