Q1. The coordination and with small details before they battle, Maximus ask who have been in army. there's a little of them in army. So with Maximus' leadership and the Gladiators' experiences, they won against Barbarians

Q2. He is a man who follows order, he a man who understand the capabilities of the others, and he is a man who thinks of his people before himself.

Q3. I inspired with this movie because we can see the differences of the leadership between who want the throne and the good for the people. And we see that not all people in the top of the hierarchy were always the best in leading, they need to listen to the people in below, so there will be no argument between them.

The general and simple definition from my understanding to the phrase “communication” is a process of transferring an information or message by sender to receiver by using various type of communication medium as message transmitting tool.  In organization, communication is the key to execute the planning which firstly have to explain the plan, give instruction and direction to the employees.  Relationship-oriented leadership will successfully achieve when good communication values takes part. This will helps to build strong relationship and develop the trust and credibility among humans in the organization.  A smooth communication among workers create peaceful interpersonal atmosphere and create pleasant situation during decision-making process.  

There are three main functions of communication in organizations. The first communication function is control.  When communication occur the leader easily can control his/her employees’ action and can prevent from some problem.  The second function of communication is motivation.  When the leader recall the future goals, the employee get craze and motivation to finish the task given for organization’s success.  The third function of communication is information.  When the leader’s communication is in effective way, the organization can successfully formulate the strategy and negotiate the employees to finish the task in good way.   An effective leader’s communication values is based on their knowledge, motivation, skills, behavior and effectiveness.  Thus, today’s competitive leader can maximize the goals’ accomplishment through communication.

Q2. Maximus is a man of focus, he has lot of leadership skill such as leading, can command and control structures skill. From the movie we can see that he always lead at the front, even though he was the general or galadiator but still takes the lead from the front, and his men follow him into battle. In the corporate world, it's no different. Don't feel apprehensive about getting your hands dirty. Set a good example by being able to do any work. When your workers know that their leader is not afraid to lead from the front, they will admire you and be more willing to do whatever it takes.

Q3. Being a leader is hard and we need to face many obstacles. But Gladiator movie teach me that anything that is beyond their influence would be accepted and smiled upon by leaders. It takes bravery to face adversity. Leaders are taught how to cultivate bravery. They understand that battling uncontrollable situations is futile in the end. The scene holds a special place in my heart because I am a firm believer in having Death by my side. One of the most effective ways I've found to move is to remember that I'm going to die oneday. The balance between his power, strength, ability, courage and his kindness, humility, empathy and sobriety, truly embody what I find to be strongly charismatic Leadership.
