The Parthenon is a former temple on the Athenian Acropolis, Greece, dedicated to the goddess Athena, whom the people of Athens considered their patron (I heard you guys studied Greek mythology last year in sixth grade!). Funny enough, although most enjoy Greek mythology, I, however, on the contrary, do not care for it, yet my experience visiting this sculpture was dramatically wonderful. Although the original Parthenon is in Greece, there is this replica that I am at is in Nashville, Tennessee. I am an advocate for experiencing new things as much as possible, so I was excited to be able to see this in person. After an hour or so, my friends were ready to release themselves from the building to see what else Nashville has to offer. Because I did not want to be abandoned there all day, I made sure I rushed out.
