3. Pair a child with the new child to help assimilate into classroom routines and culture to ensure warm welcome into the class

4. We will also get info on the child from the parents during the first day of school if the parent accompany the child. Otherwise, we will invite parents to share information about their child eg, are they shy, picky eaters, etc
