         <description><![CDATA[<div>What does a vitamin do?<br>Your body needs vitamins to work properly, different vitamins are needed in order for certain parts of your body to work, if your body does not get the vitamins it needs then it will lead to deficiencies and change the function of the body forming a short or even a long term illness. <br>Why are they important?<br>Vitamins are important because they help the body to produce what is needed; they perform hundreds of roles in the body. They help shore up bones, heal wounds and boost your immune system. They also convert food into energy and repair cellular damage.<br>Where can it be found?<br>in humans there are 13 vitamins: 4 fat-soluble (A, D, E, and K) and 9 water-soluble (8 B vitamins and vitamin C). Water-soluble vitamins dissolve easily in water and in general are readily excreted from the body to the degree that urinary output is a strong predictor of vitamin consumption.<br><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br><strong>What is Water? </strong><br><br>Water is a liquid, and it is made up of two hydrogen and one oxygen molecule, and its chemical formula is called H2O.<br><br><strong>Why is Water Important? </strong><br><br>Water is important because it helps your body function properly, and without it many serious health issues can occur. Water does many important things like keep your body the right temperature (Cool your body down in the summer). Water also helps your digestive system by dissolving fats and soluble fiber. <br><br><strong>Where Can You Find Water? </strong><br><br>Water covers 71% of the Earth's surface, so you can find it in many places like the sea, lakes, from the rain and rivers.</div>]]></description>

Seafood is a great source of protein because it is usually low in fat. We can also find protein in ourselves as protein is an important building block of bones, muscle, cartilage, skin and blood.</div>]]></description>
