         <description><![CDATA[<div>The cumulus cloud is below 6000 ft and fluffy and can turn into thunder heads low pressure it can be a cold front or a occluded front they usually mean  mean nice weather but they can become thunder heads they a usually flat and lumpy on top they form alone and have blue sky's.</div>]]></description>

They form when water vapor forms ice crystals.And they are so thin because of the height at which they form.the boundary of an advancing mass of warm air, in particular the leading edge of the warm sector of a low-pressure system.</div>]]></description>
