Normally a person would expect a trumpet to be loud or sometimes intemidating due to the familiarity of the battlefield. However, in this concert it was said that the true art of playing a trumpet was not to play it loud, but to master playing it quiet. A sof ttrumpet matched with a piano is one of the most soothing pieces that can be heard. The only other instrument that can truely compliment the sound of the trumpet played at low deciles would be the human voice.
