By using local vendors and business, we can guide families to find easy activities they can do locally.
 
Possibly hold at a high school. Want to have it prior to Spring Break. Consider having the Indoor as a back up plan depending on weather.

Things to consider:
Thursday night
Volunteers(and what would be required-background check?)
Friends and family, High school-clubs, athletics, NJHS, each of our PTO's
Activities or sponsors- Home Depot, Lowes, Khol's, ArtBarn, Michaels, Burleson Library, Master Naturalists
Food-local stores, Moontower?, 

We also want to be sure to provide enough options of activities that families would not have to stand and wait too long.
