Title I is a federal funded "grant" that is awarded to schools based on free/reduced lunch status.  

Title II-the main purpose is to ensure that teachers/administrators receive training for professional learning. Recruiting, retaining is a big portion of funding for this grant.

Title III-is for providing services for English Language Learners.
