"Friar Lawrence, acknowledging what Romeo did, was not capable of forgiving him for killing Tybalt, newphew of two big friends of his, and decided to trick him, although it meant breaking Juliette's heart;
he gave her a potion to make her sleep for two days, saying that when she would wake up from her (fake) "death" he would declare that it was a miracle brought by Romeo, convincing the families to let them get married.
Afterwards, he sent a letter to Romeo, saying the same thing;
The night before the two days count would have been reached, Romeo ran to the church where Juliette's body was kept, and asked Friar Lawrence what he had to do.
He lead him outside, to the backyard of the church, claiming that he had to make a promise before letting the two young run reunite, but...
...There was a group of men waiting for them outside!
Romeo was shocked, and even though he tried to hide it, Friar Lawrence was satisfied;
His plan worked out perfectly!
The men took Romeo away to the city's dungeons, where he remained for the rest of his life.
When Juliette woke up, she was told that Romeo had run away with another woman;
She was devastated, but very angry, so, little by little, she started to move on with her life"
