Cultural Rights give respect to the culture of certain groups as it gives them rights, and protection. 

Moving on to Human rights are as crucial as cultural rights because human rights are necessary to protect and preserve every individual's humanity, to ensure that every individual can live a life of dignity worthy of a human being.

With that said, In my own perspective, we should not dichotomize the two ideas of cultural and human rights as one idea is a part of a much more broader concept. Prioritizing cultural rights and protecting cultural rights is also giving importance to human rights.

It depends on the point of view of the person in question (e.g., the police would focus more on human rights while some mayors may exercise their power to ban certain people from their cities, ignoring cultural rights) and in my perspective, it is essential to prioritize human rights as it protects human beings in general and cultural righst are an extension of that but more specific and catered to groups of people to ensure that their culture is protected and respected.

Both are interdependent and indivisible. Cultural rights are a subset of human rights and are intertwined with one another. Human rights has a broad range of rights that are inherent to all human beings regardless of culture, race, background, etc. trying to prioritize one instead of the other suggests that both human and cultural rights are exclusive, which is not true. Since as stated earlier, both are interdependent.

My answer would be no; it's not more essential to prioritize cultural rights over human rights. Both are essential components of a fair and inclusive society, and finding a balanced approach that respects both sets of rights is key to promoting a harmonious and rights-respecting world. Balancing cultural rights and human rights requires a nuanced approach. Cultural rights are crucial for preserving diversity and identity, but human rights like dignity and equality are fundamental and should be protected universally. Striking a balance means respecting cultural diversity while ensuring that human rights are upheld for all individuals, even when cultural practices conflict with these rights.

Human rights should be primary over cultural rights. without human rights, without free expression and association, no culture can flourish. Ferthermore, by uplifting human rights, we ensure that all cultures that come out of it are humane and scientific.

Both are equally important. Cultural rights are people's iniatives to appreciate culture. Human rights refer to our access on basic goods and aspects of life such as religion, belief, expression, gender, etc. This is a question that could not be answered by yes and no since both must be prioritized equally.

No, an historical example of this dilemma is the Nazi's justification for war. If you put it simply, they were aiming to revive and preserve their culture at the expense of their own humanity and the culture and societies of their neighboring countries. If possible, a balance approached would be the ideal but if only given the chance to choose one. Human rights is much more important.

I believe human rights is the priority, cultural rights allow people to embrace their heritage, fostering equality, dignity, and a sense of identity. Nonetheless, there are instances where certain cultural practices might violate fundamental human rights, needing careful examination in order to ensure the respect for human dignity.

I believe both human and cultural rights must be prioritized. Both rights should have prioritization rather than deciding which one is the better right to be prioritized. There should be a balance between rights, as one cannot be separate with the other.
