Hello teacher, hello my peers. My name is Mai Anh, and I’m from Thanh Hoa. About my hobbies, I think I’m quite interested in watching dramas (especially Disney animation, Studio Ghibli, k-drama which is ‘healing’ as Reply1988, Hospital Playlists… or some comedy series on Netflix) and I also love listening to music. Sometimes, I can be very quite and dont say anything but I hope you guys wont misunderstand that I’m an unfriendly girl because I’m easily shy, especially with strangers I’ve never talked to before and I will need a short time to ‘recharge my batteries’. My name's Ha, you can call me Hallie in English. I come from Nghe An province - which is located in the central part of our country. I am a big fan of reading books, especially up-leveling books. Besides, I quite love studying English and getting some insights into the Economy too, so these are the reasons why I eagerly choose Foreign Trade University as my next crucial important destination in my life. Video 1: How to Pronounce Contractions: American English Pronunciation

Before watching this video, I just pronounced contractions instinctively, I imitated the way people pronounced but I didn't know how it really works. This video actually helped me a lot to get to know more about pronunciation. I realized that i always mispronounced words with the dark L in the end. From this lesson, I think I have known the way to speak English more clearly and exactly.

Video 2: Do NOT say the T in N'T Contractions!

In this video, Rachel told us how to work on accent training when it came to contractions. She focused specifically on one kind: N apostrophe T contractions. She told us that these were the ‘not’ contractions and there were four different ways to pronounce them. After watching this, I tried to practice and I realized that my pronunciation was much better than before. I found my mistakes that I made a lot when speaking english and I had a chance to fix it.

These videos helped me a lot, I will watch them again to practice more. Thank you so much for sharing them.

+ 4 ways to pronounce "n't" contractions: true T, stop T, dropped T, " CH"
+ how to pronounce many contractions like : should/could/would've, might've, what'll, it'd, he/she'd,.. ( I still mispronounce them, but I was unaware of it until watching this video :<<)

Hello everyone my name is Duyên and today I will Introduced to you about my family.
My family is a nuclear family and have four members that is my parents, my sister and me. I’m sure that all the members in my family are friendly and humorous.
My mom is a teacher and she is the person who can take care of everything in my house and my dad also can fix all the thing in my house too.
About my sister, she has study abroad in German now. She is 26 years old but by her’s cute face so everyone think that she just 20.
Althought we are far away from each other but we still keep contact and make video call in free time. That is some imformation about my family and i just want to say i’m proud of my parents, my sister and i love them so much❤️

My name is Ngoc . I’m from Bac Giang ,which is pretty close to Ha Noi , and because of that , I come home almost every week .

I like to be alone most of the time. That's not to say I don't like making friends and socializing with people, but I easily feel drained of energy when I have to deal with so many people. I like to read comics , novels and watch movies, and most of them are in English or come from English-speaking countries , I think that's why I loved learning English from a young age and chose FBE . Besides, I also spend most of my time drawing, because then I feel like I can express my imagination by brushes and paper, and it also helps me relieve stress. Not only that , painting also helps me get acquainted with many people with similar interests and earn a little more income from selling paintings .
After working and interacting with everyone in the class, especially Ms. Phuong Anh for a while, college became less scary than I thought. Everyone is nice and I really appreciate that Ms. Phuong Anh makes the lectures more interesting every day, even though the exercises are getting harder and harder ... XC
