- Show more pictures of the site, accessibility to the site through undeveloped road.

- Buddhist temple, jetty for fishing, individual farming and bund as path are the strong character to the site.

- Do more meaningful section, From eye level, what we can see.

Case Study

- Find study that close to local context. Don't go for US, australia or where the place is an empty land that designated for the development. Find something that is Urban rejuvenation like vietnam, indonesia, bangkok.

Design

- Proposed idea not address the issue stated on site like undeveloped path through bund and the poor fishing jetty.

- Highlight the linkage with other site through bund, how people can jog and see the nice opposite view. The current design seems ignore this issue.

- Do not introduce something new, like arcade, esport etc. People come to experience the existing culture, visit the temple, fishing, food.

- Proposed access should make sure how people from outside can see directly the temple, the proposed building. How people from the residential, or people shop at the commercial area will come to the site. Apply principle as axis, vista.
