         <description><![CDATA[<div>- We need to create a children's book/storybook about cells and their roles for Donaldson Way Elementary.<br>- We need to include literary devices (setting, plot, character, conflict, theme, etc.) in our book.<br>- The theme is: Everything is connected!<br>- We need to include illustrations &amp; diagrams in our books.<br>- The setting is inside any living organism that we choose.<br>- The plot should take readers into one of the seven body systems all the way down to the microscopic view of cell organelles and their functions.<br>- The conflict and its solution should be related to the theme.<br>- We are helping students understand the complex topic of cells.<br>- The conflict should start inside an individual cell, but should affect all connected subsystems.<br>- Each cellular organelle will be an individual character in our book.<br>- DWES teachers will be using our books to educate students.<br>- We will be working in teams of 3 or 4.<br>- We have to include the roles of individual cells.<br>- We will show how parts of a cell contribute to a whole (which relates to the theme).<br>- We'll first need to gather information/research and conduct an investigation.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
