Since there is no “nowadays” social media anymore, people put ID cards that they find on dead bodies on a large wall in the city centre, so that people can get a sense of closure from knowing where their friends or family have disappeared to, due to the high number of kidnappings, missing people and death that occurs in the city. 

Every movie, every song, ever video, every book is free and your Wi-Fi company pays for it, all you have to do is have computer and WIFI.  Would be nice if you didn’t have to pay for no ads but I guess everything in the world can’t be free. 

After the end of the modern world as we know it, technology advanced into realms unheard of before. Old social media networks were forgotten and new ones were created to keep up with the advancing world. A social media network where your consciousness is uploaded into a system called FBK was created and you’re able to visit and talk to other people on the server around you. You have your own avatar, which is customizable to your appearance and you’re able to talk to the consciousness of anyone across the world. You can step into pictures, reliving that moment. You can host giant groups of people who have the same interests as you. Its uses are to meet friends and family, or to meet people across the world whom you’ve never spoken to before, just by browsing possible friend requests. Its potential is endless and new forms of use are being created every day. 

[Why? – Because people don’t like change and despite the fact that old social media was forgotten, they used Facebook as a template to create a new version, which was bigger and better].

You won’t know who I am, but I feel like we are meant to be. This email will take seconds to travel across the universe, but I have been searching for what seems like millennia. I told myself a long time ago that I wouldn’t rest until I found you. I don’t know what you’d call me, but I guess humans like to refer to us as “guardian angels”. We appear at birth knowing only love. It flows from every part of us and courses through our veins, dictating both action and emotion. From a young age, our schooling begins, and we are told that one day we will pick a face from a crowd – no matter how distant – and watch over them until the day they die without ever revealing ourselves. But I saw you, and I couldn’t resist. I had to reach out, so here I am, writing to you now.
