My PLC went through Clever to access ESGI. Their class roster did transfer but they were not able to connect to district and activate their accounts.

After having, time to explore and play with the website I find it overall a pretty easy process. Having the data calculated it really nice and good to have to TST's and SST's.

With the data, I think the B should be beginning of the year instead of base line. Then following it should be Q1 data, Q2, Q3, and Q4.

Sorry! I forgot to mention the Student Detail Reports.

Under the "Report Tab", click on "Student Detail" to receive a detailed report of the assessments for each student in your class. You also have the option here to show the notes. This report is a great one to print out if you like "hard copies" or save on your computer quarterly to assess how your students are doing.

Use the "Sort By" and then choose Test Name for the test to show up in order like how it is on the recording sheet. Keep in Mind that fluency section will be the first one on the list.

Using the "flashcard" option will be better used with the letter names and sound section to send home for students to practice. But make sure students are learning letter names and sounds together. For example: qu is for /kw/, x is for /ks/

I figured out how to move the test section so they are in order so you don't need to click on Sort By!!

For the fluency scores... Would you rather have the score the "benchmark" score or the total number of words in the passage?
