¡Hola, everyone! I'm Sra. Rodriguez Perez, and I’m Puerto Rican. Puerto Rico is known for its vibrant culture, and one of my favorite traditions is Nochebuena (Christmas Eve), where we gather for a big family dinner. We enjoy dishes like lechón (roast pork), arroz con gandules (rice with pigeon peas), and pasteles. These meals remind me of the love and unity that are at the heart of our culture.

Music is also essential—salsa and bomba rhythms fill the air during celebrations. Puerto Rican music and dance are ways we express joy and stay connected to our roots.

Being Puerto Rican is something I’m deeply proud of, and these traditions help keep my heritage alive. ¡Que viva Puerto Rico! 🌟

One thing I like about Hispanic heritage month is their food I like that one dish called mole its a rich sauce made with a blend of spices, chilies, and sometimes chocolate, traditionally served with chicken or turkey.
