I used to think—that people usual understood things—now i think—yes some people will see in different POVs but there will be some people that still only have one story in there head that may learn something later on or someone could be closed off and will not be willing to learn from another persons POV.

Nate’s Notes: I used to think, that people knew more about Africa, and that Africans and people of Africa but I know know, people are defined as refugees and misfits due to racism and inequality.

I used think that so many Americans knew the actual stories of what happens in Africa, rather than the single story, poverty, famine and not being civilized. I now know that some if that information isn’t so widespread.
