I found this quote to be very important. We want to be able to see our students, because although they might not say out loud their thoughts, we are able to read their facial expressions and monitor their learning as well as react to their needs. This practice also helps keep all students as well as the teacher engaged in the learning process. </div>]]></description>

When incorporating this, it is important to make sure that the students stay online with the teacher while working so if questions were to arise, the teacher can help.          <title>If you can only see 9 people at a time on the screen AND you want to see different people, you can ask different groups to turn off cameras briefly and then different kids will show up on screen (example--Boys turn off then on, gold team turn off then on, etc.).  This would be helpful if you are asking kids to SHOW something (white board/paper/etc) without having to have people talk to get themselves on screen.</title>
