         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>How much air pollution was there?&nbsp; Where did it come from?</p><p>There was only a bit of air pollution due to copper mining in the Roman Empire and China.</p></li><li><p>How much water pollution was there?&nbsp; Where did it come from?</p><p>Ancient Civilization’s sewage and waste management was very poor making it a huge health concern for the people living in places like Ancient Greece and Rome</p></li><li><p>How did humans get most of the energy they needed to survive?</p><p>Farming, hunting, and fishing were some of the ways humans replenished their energy</p></li><li><p>Was conservation being practiced anywhere in the world?&nbsp; How?</p><p>People wanted to conserve trees by cutting less down and planting more.
