This is creating a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for change that I hope we do not miss. 

TNTP is well positioned to lead systemic changes to education across the nation. I would love to see where TNTP is connecting its policy work with district partnerships to reimagine entire school models with the communities they serve. We need to dream BIG.

In order for us to address inequitable outcomes for students and both train and retain quality teachers, we need to fundamentally rethink education. I would love to see TNTP:
-Continue to build its work in community engagement in order to support schools/districts in developing new school models based on students' aspirations for themselves. 
-Support schools to align their systems around student outcomes that are rooted in student voices. School models designed around student agency and economic independence would lead to very different outcomes than the schools we see today.
-Identify levers for policy change that can support new school models...ex.
