For all my recruiter peers, great if we can do a session group where we do Role Play related to candidate and/or client management. This will help us to solve problems on the floor site with difficult clients / candidates. (Ex-agency recruiters might be used to this already, but I definitely don't see this with Internal recruiters)

Our team has a weekly team meeting and every week we have a different theme. We would talk about food from each other's countries; we also did some language sessions. Shoutout to our TD Admin Managers, Asia S and Magda K! :)

Team members sharing in their Out of Office placeholders with other colleagues on the team the locations they are off to visit (if on holiday) or information about the public holiday/ bank holiday for the team to understand more about their culture. Great way to bring a global team together!

Each team member has the opportunity to submit their own questions to the person sitting on the sofa in order to get to know them better. The meeting coordinator leads the activity, collects the questions, organizes them into groups, arranges them in a logical order, and moderates the meeting. We know each other better and create a very friendly atmosphere in the team.

Doing a meeting where we created individual SLAs and ways of working to understand how our team members work best. The idea was that everyone got to present what works for them so we meet each other where they are in terms of their needs for communication, different approaches etc.
