Marisols class is one of the best yoga classes I attend. I feel refreshed and invigorated when I leave. Marisol makes every move achievable and has a talent to make the class suited to everyone’s different abilities and you feel you make progress every week. Her music playlists are fabulous.

Love the way Marisol varies the routines each week and the yoga experience stays fresh. The lovely music complements the movements and you quickly relax into what is a beautiful hour to breathe, stretch and soothe the busy mind.

Marisol is a SUPERB yoga teacher, she looks after her students well and adjusts her sessions to suit their needs. Her focus is on strength and flexibility and restorative practice. I have been going to Marisol's sessions now for over a year. And I always come out feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and calm. She is a wonderful teacher, has a great sense of humour and makes everyone feel at ease. She is so kind amd thoughtful too and ensures that everyone gets the best from the class. I am so grateful for Mari's classes and would go as far as to say they have been life-changing for me. I'm a healthier, stronger, and happier person. I wish everyone could have the opportunity to attend her classes, and see what a difference they really do make to mind and body. From the bottom of my heart I thank you Marisol.

Marisol is a beautiful soul and space holder, which shines through in her classes. She has a natural calm about her which makes her teachings seem effortless. I had a 1-1 restorative session which I was dubious about, preferring more high octane styles, but it felt like we were journeying to rest together, and was able to really surrender for an hour. A much needed meditation and deep rest for my nervous system. Highly recommend
