Men - the previous SBS blue shirt and pant look fine... With singapore weather, the tie can be killing with the long sleeve....prefer no tie, short sleeve
Women - one pc dress for them is fine (like previous school dress) but with pocket... However, it can be challenging for big size girl and also, if we need to go semi format, they will have problem with bottom as men can wear the usual pant. For women, would like to give them an option, they can choose between dress or same top (shirt) as men but coulette pants/skirts. Now the way the girls sit... Cannot make it. :) I want to win my big sweep, OK! :) lol

Ladies - black shift dress with long or 3-4 sleeve (maybe with colored trimmings on sleeves to add details) & deep side pockets. 

Alternatively, plain black shift dress, worn with scarf, brooch (printed with ITE logo, motifs) or other accessories. 
 
Men - agree with See Yeong’s suggestion, but prefer long-sleeved shirt.

Here is my proposal:
1) A one piece dress with collar, with V cut.
2) The cut of the dress is straight from the shoulders. So the sizing is base on the shoulder width.
3) Ard the waist, there are 2 valcro straps on both left and right. Students are to tighten the dress ard the waist area.
4) The dress should be design just slightly longer than the knees.

Here is my proposal:
1) The current materials is too rigit. It needs a more stratchable material. Like uniqlo's men's pants, they have formal pants, but its stretchable.
2) There is no design to expand the pants waist size. Maybe a valcro strap or varies button design or a adjustable strap.
3) We should eliminate anyadditional accessory Eg Tie.
