Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad has a group of people who are responsible for the content of the television shows, radio programming, magazines and talent shows.This group of people working in different department to create interesting content to attract and entertain the audience. The departments are categorised into television, radio, magazine publications, film and talent respectively.        

Each year, there are different kind of television or talent show that are organised by Astro. These events are short term which only will be showing for less than one year. Individuals from different departments will be working together in a group to prepare for this event. This group of people only work together temporarily therefore after the event, the group will be dismissed.

Astro can recruit new employees by using their current employees in the organisation. The review from the employees in the company is important as the job seeker will choose to work in the place that has more good comments and recommendations. Therefore, Astro could use their existing employees to attract potential employees to pursue their career in their company by sharing their good experience of working in Astro. Rewards can be given to the employees if they bring each good employee to their company as a token of appreciation. 

Camp and workshop are one of the ways which can determine a person' s skills and performance in a short time which can help the company to efficiently select their desire employees. After having an interview session, those who has passed the interview could be put under a probation period. 
During that probation period, Astro can organise a camp or workshop for the probates.Activities that requires communicating, leading, problem solving, time management, teamwork and creativity can help to further develop those potential workers who are suitable for their company.

For instance, talent show content department provide creative ideas for the show, strategy department need to create marketing strategies for the event, problem solving team have to solve any sudden problem the caused during the whole event, finance department are responsible for the cost and profit of this event as well as broadcasting team that setting up the whole place. Every individual from different department has different work scope but the final goal is to make this event a success. 

The group is guided and command by a leader who provides tasks for them and responsible for the content submitted by every department.Even though the goal of every department is similar which is to create great content, however they are not interrelated between each other as the content are not the same in different departments. For example, radio programming department and magazine publications department are two individual department who provides different contents but working with the same group.
