What do I want the user to do?
I want the user to be more physically active by doing daily stretches and workout every other day in order to be physically active and in a better mood.

How will I encourage the user to use my design product?
My design product will encourage the user to use me design because it offers rewards points every time they use the product. These points can help them get discount on their groceries or on their medicine if they do not have health insurance.

The users will be able to communicate with their friends or family during the workout if they want to since the product can be connected to the Xbox.   

The pain relief that the user will experiences after the workout will encourage them to come back and use the product more often   

How this product works?
This design product produces 3 types of out puts light, sound, and motion. At the end of the session the user receives a feedback on the screen of how well they did.

Light
when the users first put on the body suit, it will have three light indicators red, yellow, and green. Red means the user has high tension between the joints and muscles and need to start stretching and working-out. Yellow means the users are halfway into the workout and are close to release all the joint pain. Green means the user has completed their workout successfully and deserve a break.

Sound
The sound helps direct the users the right way to follow the workout and it helps keep the user engaged by always providing facts about food and meals that can help people with arthritis

 Motion
This product helps reduce joint pain by using both heat targeting joints to help relax the muscles. As the user is engaged in the workout the jacket produces small electric volts targeting muscles and joints to strengthen them. The user will not feel any of these electric volts since they are not strong.

Physical Affordance
This product is a physical affordance since it requires the user to physically move in order for the product to function.

Dimension of Wellness 
Physical: This body suit makes the user to be more physically active. Since it requires the user to at least stretch or workout in order for it to function.

Emotional: This product will leave the user relaxed and free of arthritis joint pain for 5-6hours. However, when the pain comes back it is not as painful as before.

Social: This design product could help the user interact with their friends and family through the screen since the body suit will be connect to the Xbox.

Spiritual: This product will help users to feel more comfortable, calm, and even happier because they are not suffering from joint pain for a decent amount of time.

How this product works?
This product produces 2 types of outputs responses sound and motion.

Sound
It produces a sound output the moment the user sits on it by welcoming the user and asking them what they are looking forward to do such strengthening the muscles, relaxing joints, or even do both.

Motion
This then leads to a motion output by having the chair start producing vibrations to strengthen the muscles and relax the joint by producing both temperature cold and hot. Moreover, the user can adjust the power of the vibration from the screen that is attached to the right hand side of the chair. The user can also play games and call there friends or families if they want in the main time. Moreover, the will be able to control the strength of the vibration from low, medium and high.

 
Emotional Affordance
This product uses emotional affordance since it mainly depends on the user experience and about how they feel at the end of each section by asking if they feel that this section helped them feel better.

Feedback
The user will receive a feedback from the screen of which parts of the body had the most tension so that they have an idea to be more careful in the future when carrying stuff or going up or down the stairs. 

Dimensions of Wellness
Emotional: This product will help the user to be in a better mood and happier since their pain will be reduced by 50%

Spiritual: This product will help introduce peace and harmony in the lives of the users

Occupational: This product will leave the users fulfilled and satisfied with the choices they made by interacting with this product.

Social: The user can be more social while using the smart chair by being able to call people by just asking the smart screen to call a specific person

Environmental: This product does not harm the environment in any way since it does not produce any pollution and it is made of recyclable materials

How this product works?
This glove produces 2 types of outcomes responses light and motion

Motion
This glove is designed to help older adults to be physically active by playing games. This way the users will not feel like it is a workout it is more about having fun and release pain by messaging the hand while playing. This glove can be connected to the Xbox once the user puts on the glove the glove automatically connects to the TV and it starts using a motion output by messaging  the user's hand since it has a sensor that can sense when someone puts the gloves on.

Light 
When the user first puts on the glove it lights up red as an indicator that the joints are so tense and needs some workout and stretches to lose some of its tension. As the user starts playing games on the Xbox the glove light will start to go from red to yellow and from yellow to green light. When the light finally turns green this is an indicator for the user that they have completed the workout of the day successfully. 

Feedback
After the user is done with the work out their caregiver will receive an email by how well or how poor the user has done. What needs to be improved for the next workout.

Physical Affordance
This product is a physical affordance since it requires the user to physically interact with the product.

Dimensions of Wellness  
Physical: This product will make the user more physically active since they will have to interact with Xbox games which will require movements

Emotional: This design product will help the user to be in a better mood since they will can play these games with friends and their joint pain will also be reduced at the same time 

Social: The user will be able to be to connect the product to the Xbox and have there friends or family join them to play games and workout at the same time

Environment: This product is environmentally friendly since it does not produce any pollution that could hurt the environment and the glove is made of a recyclable material.

Many older adults suffer from arthritis joint pain, therefore, I wanted to design a product that will help older adults with their pain from the comfort of their home by releasing small electric zaps and vibrations to the joints and muscles to reduce arthritis joint pain over time.

The lights will indicate the severity of joint tension and will be helpful to let the user know which parts of their bodies have the most tension so that they are careful in the future.

Sound
The sound helps direct the users the right way to follow the workout and it helps keep the user engaged by always providing facts about food and meals that can help people with arthritis. Moreover it provides a feedback to let the user know if they are doing the workout right such as move your hands higher.

 Motion
This product helps reduce joint pain. As the user is engaged in the workout the jacket produces small electric zaps targeting muscles and joints to relax them and release pain. The user will not feel any of these electric zaps since they are not strong. The bodysuit does so by using neuromodulation technology.

Feedback
There will be an embedded system that will track muscle and joint progress in the suit that will be transmitted to the app (I will be designing) in order to have a workout. so that the next workout designed more accurately to the comfort of the user so they can have a better user experience.   
Moreover, the user will receive a feedback from the app on there email of their heart beats, blood pressure, calories burned, how accurate they have done the workout/ stretches, and the amount of reward points that they have made after the workout. Moreover, the red light will turn green as a result of the successful workout which means the tension have been relived from the joints and muscles.

Technology Research 
Nerve stimulation – or neuromodulation – uses electricity to decrease pain sensations. In some people, neuromodulation treatments can ease pain with minimal risks and offer an alternative to medication for treating arthritis pain. These devices are generally safe.
