Sainsburys inclusive PE training programme trains teachers to improve the knowledge, skills and confidence of PE teachers to challenge and progress the children. It was launched to help tackle obesity in young kids. They target PE teachers and young kids in schools. Their aims are to help lower obesity levels in young children. They will achieve this by giving schools new and improved equipment that they can use.

strengths and weaknesses
It is good because it helps tackle obesity in young children and also gets them more into sport and a healthy lifestyle. Also because they get celebrity endorsement it will get more people involved as they will look up to them. however, if kids don't particularly like the celebrities it will make them less inclined to join and more likely to avoid the scheme and the opportunities it provides.

This programme is good as it is free as the activities are paid by vouchers that most people would get from spending just £5 in a supermarket which makes this affordable for the majority of people.

Weaknesses
One of the weaknesses is that the children may not take the vouchers in to school to use meaning that there is not enough for the best activities as the equipment is expensive and it will take more tokens that the smaller schools may not be able to get.

the sessions are at set times meaning that not everybody who wants to participate as they may not be able to get to the session in that time slot

Recommendations
I would hand the vouchers out more frequently so that the less fortunate people could still take part in the collecting of vouchers and then take part in more sessions.
I would also make the vouchers an online app that would register each voucher so they can be redeemed instead of the physical vouchers as the risk of them being wasted would be eliminated and all the vouchers earned would then be used and not wasted.

FA skills
FA Lidl Skills is a unique football coaching programme that gives 5-11s of all abilities the opportunity to get active, learn new football skills and enjoy the game. We’ve been providing high quality football coaching courses for children since 2007 and have to date provided over 9 million child places on the programme, aiming to provide 1.2 million coaching opportunities per year.
strengths and weaknesses
The FA Skills workshop is a great initiative as it is a fun way to get kids involved in football. It is cheap for people to go to, however it will cost the FA a lot of money to fund the coaches and equipment for the scheme. This then means that that money will not be available to grass root teams, however, the FA Skills workshop may get more people involved with local footballs teams which would benefit all parties massively, as the kids would be playing sport and keeping active. The FA will have achieved their goal of making kids more active, and it would boost numbers and reputations for local football teams. It could also partly benefit national football as there may be some future pro footballers in the making. The FA skills workshop could train more coaches to deliver similar programmes inside football clubs, instead of stretching the small amount of coaches that the FA currently has.

Reccomendations
I would add sessions that use football skills but don't have the same objectives of football such as football tennis.

i would also train coaches through the sessions and have the coaches trained by a coach during the session to get hands on experience of controlling participants and teaching them.
